Here is what I am trying to do. I am using a website database that gives me the option to export my data as an excel file. It has 3 columns, lets call them A, B, and C. What I want is for each of these to open in to a preformated sheet I have created that has a header and columns D and E added.

Is this possible? Here is what I basically want to do. I press Export to Excel on the website. Then when internet explorer asks me if I want to open or save, I want to hit OPEN and it opens in to my new default page that includes the header and the 2 new columns. This way I can hit save and the new file has my Header and columns A, B, C, D, and E.

I hope this makes sense. I was able to change my default template for startup but this does not apply to any existing files I open. It only applies when I start a new blank file.
