Formula compatibilities

Afternoon everyone,
i made a tool for my office staff to use for everyday purpose, but i am having some issues getting it to be compatible in xls format i created it in xlsx and saved it in xls. Now when some on my staff go to open it it asks to update and after its done i get a # name error and the information is not generated in the cell. can some one look at my sheet and maybe give some insight please.
