Value For "Number Of Data Present"

Hello,

I have what I believe is a basic question. I'm creating a grade calculator where I sum up a number of cells and then divide by the number of data present.

Currently, I have to enter the number of data present as so:
"=SUM(C13:C27)/5"

What I'm aiming for is something like this:
"=SUM(C13:C27)/"Number Of Data Present""

Could someone tell me what I need to enter for "Number Of Data Present"?

try this =AVERAGE(C13:C27)
