    Automatic Sorting, Duplicate Removal

I am looking for a solution to a sorting problem with a large amount of duplication. The data is coming from an SQL database, and the information of concern is the Location ID, Updated Date, Ticket Number (Unique), and the Location Count (a count of how many times the location appears in the table).

This data comes in an export and I am looking for a way to sort it automatically in a seperate sheet so that the original raw export is still viewable. I am used to sorting a lot of data like this by formula, the problem I am running into is the duplicate removal.

I need to remove all duplicate entries, keeping only the most recent (by updated date), and display the ticket number and count besides the location is. The count has to be the original value of how many times the location ID showed up, since we are removing the other entries. Finally, any entries with less than 3 counts needs to be removed.

I have attached a book with two sheets, one sheet for a raw export example, a second with what it should look like. For size, I skipped the last step (removing less than 3 counts) but that part is simple enough. Any help is much appreciated =)
