    excel graphs in word documents

    Hi,
I have pulled what little bit of hair I have left on my head out trying to get excel charts/graphs to behave in word documents. I have 10 excel line graphs that I am trying to paste in a word document (2 to a page) and they will bounce around all over the place. If I try to make one a little bigger it will move to the top of the page or something. What is the easy way to do this please?

Re: excel graphs in word documents...ugh.

If the graphs are static and you don't want them to be automatically updated when the workbook changes, you can paste special as a picture and use the text wrapping options to make the images position correctly on your pages.

An alternative may be to put the graphs onto PowerPoint slides instead.

Change the positioning option in Word to In line with text.

I usually put graphics in a borderless table so I can add a caption below that doesn't end up in a frame.
