Hi all, I have date in column D and have a formula of

that should change the old non existing date 0/01/00 to 0 but it did'nt work.
The date will change eventually when the vehicle have inspecting date.

The reason for this is becasue I have the vba code that will tell you the date is out of due when workbook is open otherwise every date in Column D will become highlighted.example.xls

    Thanks in advance

Gee, just a simple fix amazed me, cheer

By the way DonkeyOte, how come in your code, it has range in Column C ( "C3:C9") but still has effect in Column D?

The rows affected are only those wherein C contains a number - good idea then to first establish those cells (reduce amount of cells to be processed) and then move the range of found cells to the right by 1 column by means of Offset
