    =1833/3918

    returns 47%


    not sure how number of agents is relevant.

    Hi Andy,

    thanks for the reply. What i actually wanted to say is something in this line.

    Out of 20 dials only 3 is an actual connect so my ratio would be 20:3 ??

    Don't belive there is a number format for that. You would need to build it as text
    where A1 is dials and A2 is connections

    =A1&":"&A2
