    Seperate a name into 3 parts

    Ok say I have 3 names

    A1 = Georgette D. Clark
    A2 = Dale M. Marquez
    A3 = Carolyn T. Pyles

    I want

    B1 = Georgette C1= D. D1 = Clark
    B2 = Dale C2=M. C2=Marquez

    so on and so forth.

    If the names are all consistent (as implied) use Text to Columns feature, ie highlight A1:A3 and copy to B1:B3 then highlight B1:B3 -> Data -> Text to Columns -> Delimited -> select Space as Delimiter -> Finish
    (for your sanity I would advise repeating process but uncheck Space and click Finish)
