Deleting duplicate data in columns and merging empty cells

I have data set up like this

[B] (4 seperate cells)
Company Name A
Company Name A
Company Name A
Company Name A

Anyone have a macro that would turn that into this


[B] ( 1 cell)
Company Name A

I have data about the company in colomn C and D so it can't just delete duplicates.
