    Smile relabelling and replacing question

Sorry if this seems trivial, but I consider myself only a few steps above a novice when it comes to Excel. Anywho... I have a long column of scores that looks like this:

    101
    352
    231
    290
    198
    ...

And so forth. I want every score from 101 to 200 to be replaced with the word "low," 201-300 as "medium" and 301-400 as "high." Obviously a long tedious find-and-replace doesn't fit the bill. Anyone, help? Thanks! Mwah!!

In another column, =Lookup(A1,{101,201,301},{"low","medium","high"}). Drag down, then copy this column and paste as values over the original data. Finally, delete the helper column.
