    Calculating occupied tasks per shift

    Hello all,

I guess what I´m trying to achieve is impossible but as there are so many bright people on this forum I´ll give it a try.

I'm looking for a way check if all tasks on a particular shift are occupied.
Each task requires a special competency. Whether a person has this competency is shown with a "x".

Although some people have multiple competencies, they can only do 1 task per shift, so other tasks should be occupied by other people.
Except for tasks 1a, 1b and 1c which can be done by one person. This is also true for 2a,2b and 2c.

B18:C26 shows how many people is needed per task.

E18:F26 is where I would like to calculate the actual number of people occupying each task.

Here is a link to the sheet.

Your post does not comply with Rule 8 of our Forum RULES. Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. You'll find people are disinclined to respond to cross-posts because they may be wasting their time solving a problem that has been solved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the url from the address bar in your browser)to the cross-post. Expect cross-posts without a link to be closed a message will be posted by the moderator explaining why. We are here to help so help us help you!

    Sorry for that DonkeyOte.
Didn't get any reply on the other forum so hoped to get a reply on this one.
I wasn''t aware of this rule. Won't happen again in the future.
