Import 150 .txt files as data for Filemaker Database

    Hi,
This is my first post to the forum.

I have 150 recipe .txt files that were exported from a Macintosh application. I need to convert them to a format that Filemaker Pro 10 Advanced (Windows 7) can import as records, and I'd like very much to be able to do it as a batch import.
I've attached a sample file so you can see the field names in the text files.

The text import wizard and the data import wizard aren't a lot of help.
Not getting anywhere with them at all.
In Filemaker, when I try to import a file, it shows as multiple records, 1 field each, not a single record with multiple fields.

The fields in the FM database are all text fields except for the Date, which is "Date" :

    Title:
Category: (This is a drop-down list, which I can override)
    Serving size:
Ingredients: (Each ingredient gets a new line in a text box)
    Notes:
    Date:
    Instructions:

If anyone can provide a little nudge in the right direction, I would appreciate it very much.

    Thanks,
    Charles
