Removing '< ' symbols

Hi,

Question... I have a grid of numbers and I'm trying to remove all the numbers that have a less then sign and replace those cells with just the number.

For example. <10 would become 10.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Ctrl+H, search for <, replace with nothing.

it's the replace with nothing part that doesn't work.

find <
replace with: (just leaving it blank doesn't work.)

what do I put in the replace with spot?

Alt , E , F

then

click replace , enter < in the top box

and leave the one underneath blank

then hit replace or replace all
