How can I make a pivot table out of this attachment?

I need the table to show me how much we received (movement 101), issued (movement 351), receiver reversal (movement 102), and issue reversal (movement 352) for the different items by months.

In summary, add a column with a formula to ensure that every cell has the product name information and then run a pivot table over the data.
