    Pivot Table Calculated fields help

    Hi all

    is there a way to use countif in the calculated filds dialog box what im trying to achive is to count if the account DSI is greater than Brand DSI

    i tryed = COUNTIF( 'Account DSI'>= brand dsi) but it returns two few

    any help or suggestion

    i would use countif or sumproduct but i need it in a pivot to show the sales team and give it to them they are not a excel minded clicking is easier than
    filters and formula

    Why not use the countif in a helper column and then use that as a filter.

    Btw, excel says the example spreadsheet has a macro that can not be switched off.
