Compare & sum totals between worksheets

Hello,
I have a project to compare totals of inventory. One worksheet has totals that are in a computer system, another sheet is what we physically counted. I'm looking for a way to easily compare the results of both sheets and sum the difference.

Is this possible? Sheet is attached.

As long as the part IDs are in exactly the same order, then you only need to use:
