Lookup value and Count Function

I uploaded a file for assistance. Basically I am creating a spreadsheet to keep track of money and grouping them into categories.

I have a column to group a purchase into a category (column E) and the amount spent in column F. I want column T to add up all of the purchase that were made according to the category in Column E.
