#DIV/0! Error

i found a formula to calculate payback period ..
it works perfectly fine when cash flow and cumulative cash payback are arranged horizontally, but when data is arranged vertically #DIV/0! Error error appears..
i just want to know why this is happening

Here, try this:

=MATCH(D5;$E$6:$E$15;1)&" Years "&ROUNDUP(12*(D5-INDEX(E6:E15;MATCH(D5;E6:E15;1)))/(INDEX(D6:D15;MATCH(D5;E6:E15;1)+1));0)&" months"

(replace ; with , if needed)
