    Smile Shared workbook

We have a spreadsheet that is used by two teams of people in our office that is shared to allow all users to make changes during the day.

Today we have found that we are all able to access the spreadsheet and make changes but those changes are only being received by a few of the team. Other members are able to make changes that I for instance am unable to see or receive.

I have checked the share workbook and there appears only to be myself and one other listed for today who can make and see each others changes. The other team members are listed on their share workbook tab but I am not.

    Does anybody have any clues??

Please disregard this question as we have just been informed that this is a network problem with changes of server occuring last week and some being migrated over and others still held on the old server. Thanks.

everyone save a copy to their pc
    unshare (thats everyone)
    than compare workbooks
and extract to a new one all the changes.
