"Soft" Keypad

Hi,

I am running execel 07 on a "tablet" that has a touchscreen. Is there a way to code a specific cell that when selected will activate a keypad?

Does the touch screen work the same way as if you were selecting something with a mouse?
If this is so, then wouldn't the worksheet selection change work in the same way?
