Copying Text Formatting with a Formula

I am using Excel to summarize projects for my company. Each worksheet is for a single employee. There is a cell for each project where the employee enters their project update in text format. The text is sometimes a mix of colors to highlight certain elements:

    eg. Project is running late

Dates have been moved out to Nov 20th

The first worksheet is a summary of all projects and pulls the project update for each project from the appropriate worksheet via a formula that references that cell directly.

I would like to pull over not only the contents of that cell but also the formatting of the text. I do not wish to pull over the other formatting such as borders and shading.

Is there any way to do this?
