Quick question!!!!

Anybody have a formula to pull out the name of the month from the following cell? Friday, January 02, 1970

I pulled out the year with the left(text, num) function, but now I need to pull out just the month, as I have about 400 lines and need to pull out all the months from the cells... Any ideas?
