Custom number format

Hi Everyone!

Could someone help me out?

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to customise the format of this number

###,###,###.XX (34,000,000.03 for example) into this number format ###.###.###,00 (34.000,000,03)

I tried to follow the preset conditions in the custom number format but i could not arrive at the specified number format.

Using General setting in Excel 2007 number in question goes straight in.
If using older version.
Try putting a '34.000,000,03 in front of the number

- Thanks for the reply. What I would like to happen is that - for all the cells with default number format i.e. XX,XXX.XX is to appear as XX.XXX,XX. In other words, in formatting the number to appear as such - is this possible in the custom number format option in excel - in such a way that the number separators are in reverse?
