Question Comparing frequency of items sold together

Thanks for the help, I am unsure of where to start with this one.

I have seven columns, Trans#, Date, item number1,2,3,4,5, and we have 350 transactions so far this month.

I am trying to figure out how to determine what items are being sold together. Item numbers are just plain number 4 digits (using short idetifiers for this project).

    Thanks,

    Oddcarout

If you have P/Ns across the top, transactions down the left, and quantities in the body, perhaps use CORREL to see how one predicts the other.

Not exactly how it is set up.

I have included an example from 10 transactions.

    Thanks

We don't know how many transactions you have nor the count of unique items however if you're unable to modify your data table then perhaps you want something along the lines of the attached (.zip) ?

Note use of KEY column H - this permits use of efficient COUNTIF function rather than reverting to expensive arrays to populate the resulting frequency matrix.
