Match & change color of matching text only

Apologies if this has been asked before, I've searched before posting as I could not find the answer.

I’d like to be able to highlight ONLY the text as shown below based on the look up column.
Conditional Formatting will highlight the whole cell, which is not what I want.

    Is this possible ?

    Column 1 (Director)
director, Robert Rodriguez; producer, Elizabeth Avellan; producer, Robert Rodriguez; writer, Robert Rodriguez

    Column 2 (Cast)
Cast: Leslie Mann, Kat Dennings, James Spader, Jon Cryer, William H. Macy, Jimmy Bennett, Leo Howard, Devon Gearhart, Rebel Rodriguez, Trevor Gagnon, Jake Short

    Column 3 (Look Up)
    robert rodriguez
    james spader

Any help would be greatly appreaciated.
    Thanks

    Here you go http://www.excelforum.com/excel-prog...hlight-it.html

It is a macro solution as just a part of the string (text) needs to be highlighted.
Looking for great solutions but hate waiting?

Thanks rwgrietveld...that's beautiful....perfect except that I need to match at least a hundred names. Do I need to replicate the code for each one of these names in each case replacing FindWord = "FindThisWord" with the next name ?

If you store the names in a range, say in a sheet called NamesToFind in range A1:A100 you can iterate the code per name, eg in psuedo-code terms:

the above can made more dynamic - elegant re: identifying names to search etc but hopefully it gives you a way forward...
