Question Calculating 90 days from a specific date automatically. Microsoft Excel 2003

    Good Morning Everybody,

I am using Microsoft Excel 2003.

I would like to know if there is a formula I can use to calculate 90 days from a specific date. For example:

I would like to calculate 90 days from the date of 12/07/2009 automatically.

I would also like to know is it possible to caluclate 90 (BUSINESS DAYS) from the date of 12/07/2009.

To anybody who might know the answer to this question, please answer at your earliest convenience. Thanks for your help.

I cant help you on Working / Business Dates becuase you have to amend formulas with regards to SAT & SUN, but,

I can help with the other one.

Say date in A1 is: 12/11/2009 and you want to display in A2

Make sure A1 is cell formatted to DATE then in A2 simply put: A1+60

If you want to do todays date you could use formula: =TODAY()+60

    For business days

Using the Analysis ToolPak Add-In (activated via Tools -> Addins)

    =WORKDAY(A1,90,holidays)

where holidays is named range containing public holidays (optional - remove that in red if not needed)

there are non-ATP dependent alternatives for WORKDAY but if you can use it, do so.
