How to auto copy rows from one tab to another?

Hey Everyone,
I am trying to put together a macro or something to pull data from one tab to another. The key here is that I want it to take the entire row.

Basically it will look something like this:

As someone goes down the rows of the checklist putting x's in the cells that need one (column 4 is set aside for that), that cell will turn red.

That part is easy and done.

What I cant figure out is how to automatically have a copy made of the row with the red cell and send them to another tab in the document.

Anyone have any ideas???
