    Working out Ave when #div/0 codes

    Hi attached exmaple spread sheet..

    I want the Average figures from b2-m2 in cell n2...

    Iv looked on here and tried =AVERAGE(IF(ISNUMBER(U8:AF8),U8:AF8))

    but I dont get it, can anyone please help
