Search and copy

In the workbook provide, I have several problems. In cell A I have a list of names, in cell B I have the time of arrival and in C the departure time.
I need some help to make a formula that does the folowing:
• if column C is greater than 00:00 (24-hour) then search for the existance of time in column B. If true then copy cell A B and C. If not, display as blank.

Display what as blank?

Copy it to wherever the formula is and display the result as blank. Basically I need to make selection of all the people who worked beyond 00:00 and make a new list with them.
