break links

I have a workbook with 2 links to another spreadsheet. 1 of those links i did and i want to keep. the other link i have no idea how it got there or what it does so i am trying to break the link. so i select "break link" under "edit" "links" and it will not break. anyone have any idea how i can get ride of this?

You can also always just search the workbook for [ and then copy and paste special those cells as values.
