Can anyone tell me how to insert a formula which will do the following:
Add together the values of column C, where Column A = white and Column B = green (columns A and B both contain a wide range of criteria).
Thank you

=Sumproduct(--(A1:A100="White"),--(B1:B100="Green"),C1:C100)
adjust ranges to suit... note you cannot use whole column ranges in pre XL2007
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Try this, adjust the range to match your data, do not try to use the whole column as a range:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A100="white"),--(B1:B100="green"),C1:C100)
