Jenn,
The only way to recover a workbook when we delete one worksheet, is closing
Excel without saving the workbook. Now you can recover it restoring one
backup, I sujest everyone to make allways backups and have the autosave
asking if you want to save every time it wants to save.
That is dangerous have the autosave, because if you mistake and the autosave
saves, you cannot recover the information.
Any more question ask, please.

Jenn, Unfortunately when you said no to saving all work including and autosaves that may have taken place are permanently erased from memory... It is always a good idea to do frequent manual saves when working with any file for a length of time.
