Excel 2007 : Percentage Help

Hi all,

I have a quick question that google is not able to help me with. I have a range of cells that are using this formula on:
=IF(OR(G5="Incomplete",G5="Not Attempted"),TODAY(),EDATE(G5,12))
to arrive at a date that training is due based on import from another workbook.

What I would like to do is look at the entire range and have displayed in a Cell the number/percentage of those cells that are "today" or "later" ie current.

Have you tried "COUNTIF" and a little division? You'll have to look in the help files for the syntax; I can't construct it without knowing more about the workbook layout.
