how to transfer this data? - formulas included

Hi All,

I've been struggling with this for 24 hours and NBVC was so helpful to get the ball rolling.

We're so close, and yet so far

I've included three spreadsheets:

1)"smallworksheettest" is the spreadsheet we'll copy our data into

2)"masterworksheettest" is where the data from "small" will be sorted (this is what NBVC came up with)

3)"whatweneed" is an example of how we need the "masterworksheet" to look

I'd like to say in advance that you all are incredibly helpful and, as far as I'm concerned, complete geniuses!
