#REF error when using getpivotdata within a vlookup

Hello, I am trying to use the formula below to reference a cell in a pivot table and it is failing to a #REF error. I am sure it is the getpivotdata sub functions that is causing the error as this is my first attempt at using them. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

    =VLOOKUP(RIGHT(GETPIVOTDATA("Values",A10),LEN(GETPIVOTDATA("Values",A10)-8)),newvio,2,FALSE)

The file is too large to upload here with the pivot table included so I have uploaded it to another server.

    Thanks!
