help to highlight/color a drop-down list

Happy New Year to all!!!!!!!

Can I get some help if it is possible on how I can highlight/color my items in a drop-down list, so that I can spot them quickly?

According to a recent thread you can't Bold the entries so I doubt you can highlight either......
