wrong encoding when importing data from web

    Hi,
I am trying to import currency rate table from website into excel worksheet. Excel Web Query getting the data into worksheet but there is a problem with special characters like ü,õ,ä,š which is imported incorrectly as Ć¼,Ƶ,Ƥ,Å. Changing the encoding from Unicode (UTF-8) to Baltic (Windows) on Internet Explorer gives similar result on webpage.
How can I set the correct encoding for Web Query when getting data including special characters?

    Example:
Link to data I am importing (table starting with flag of United Arab Emirates):
    http://www.delfi.ee/valuuta/?l=wvaluuta
First field of table should look like: Araabia Ühendemiraatide dirhem
Imported field looks in my Excel sheet: Araabia hendemiraatide dirhem
