Using if statement how can I copy formatting of a cell

I am currently working on a project where the sales director would be able to use a spreadsheet as a dashboard to see total talk time, % of talk time, # of calls, etc. I have option buttons on a chart that allows him to flip through the different information. Since i'm using the option buttons, I have created an if formula to select specific data once a certain option button is selected. The problem I am running into is that when the formula select that specific data, it is only selecting the number and not the formatting which is messing up my data chart on Sheet1. I have highlighted the cells with the formulas in them. Are there any formulas that will allow me to maintain the formatting so the times are converted to numbers when those option buttons are selected?

Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.

There are no formulas that allow you to simply copy formatting; however you can use the Text function, =Text(A1,"$0.00") or Text(A1,"mm/dd/yy"), etc. hth.
