    Annotations

    Hi,
    I received a worksheet from a coworker that has numbers referring to footnotes. Below is an example of how it is displayed in the formula bar, but on the worksheet the #1 (referring to footnote) is in a smaller font, red and placed slightly above Today. We are stumped how they did this.
    I understand we can format just the number in this cell, but we don't know what format would place it above Today.
    Can anyone help?

    I would imagine the font has the superscript property set for that character.
