Disable and hide filter drop-down menu from table (Excel 2007)

    Hi Everyone,

I'm sorry if this has been asked before... but I can't find the answer.

I have some data in a table, and while I want to keep the table, I want to disable or hide the filter drop-down menu and its associated arrow from the top of each column.

I'm hoping to do this while avoiding the introduction of VBA.... but maybe that's not possible.

    Cheers,

    Jay

go to Data tab and right in the middle should be a "Funnel" filter icon... Try clicking that...
Where there is a will there are many ways.
