    hh:mm:ss with leading zeros

    Good afternoon -

I've exhausted everything I can think of, and I need help! I am using software that exports information about phone usage into either Excel or csv format. When counting time, it does so in hh:mm:ss format, but without leading zeros. For example,

15 seconds is displayed as :15
    1 minute, 15 minutes as :01:15
    1 hour, 1 minute, and 15 seconds as 1:01:15

I need to find a way for the cells to format in a uniform hh:mm:ss way, regardless of the length of time. I need the above to display as:

    00:00:15
    00:01:15
    01:01:15

I have fiddled with every possible combination of cell formatting, have tried coverting to seconds and reformatting, etc. I am at a loss.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Jeremy
