Conditional Formatting formula problem

Hello

I have used Conditional Formatting to turn adjacent cells green if $S208>0.

How do adjust the formula to turn adjacent cells green if $S208 "contains information"

$S208 could potentially contain a positive or negative number or it may contain text. In either case I want the adjacent cells to turn green.

Any ideas. Thanks.

thanks, that's great. I am also trying to create another condition where adjacent cells are turned yellow if $S208 is EMPTY and A208 = 'Y'.

I have tried asking if $S208 is empty (by using this formula: $S208"") but that does not seem to work let alone adding the IF A208 = 'Y' argument to the formula.

Any ideas how to express these IF's in one formula? Thanks.
