Help with a threshold formula please

hi,

i made a simple formula for an invoice as follows

if i enter 3 pieces it multiplys them by 14 then enters the cost result into the next field.

what i need is for it to automaticly enter a specific amount if the cost is below a certain threshold (in this case £70) is this an easy formula to make?
