Track Dates from a Form in a running dates table

I have a table which holds information about leave requested by employees with their employee number, type of leave, leave start data and leave end date (refer image "Leave Tracker")


In another table, I have a database which runs through different dates and I want to populate second database using lookup on 1st table for the defined dates and the type of leave applied for. (refer image "Need Lookup here from Leave table")

Will appreciate any help.
