Create form from excel database

I would like to create a pro forma invoice from a list of clients. For example I have a list of several clients with name, address, country, etc. Than I like to create a form (invoice) where I for example type reference number of client and automatically it fills into the pro forma the name, address etc from that specific client. Is that posible and how to do it?

I have done a lot of forms like this, but using a simple approach -- create the data table(s) in one (or more) sheets and then make the form itself as another sheet. Simple linking of the cell data will populate the form.

Unless you want the form in an application other than Excel???

Thanks for your swift reply. Indeed I as well want to make form in Excell, so no need for other program. I think I will need a "key", than that key should refer to all info on 1 line. Than by using that same key typing in the form it should fill in all other info what can be find from that one line. Is that right and if so how to create that key?
