here is a possible solution:
Sort the data using 2 level sorting: level 1 for the Yes/No column, and level 2 for the ABC column. Thus you will have all the YES's and then all the NO's.

I still don't understand. You say you have a sorting problem but your example seems to suggest you want to produce the 5 column table in I:M. Is this in fact what you're trying to achieve?
If so you'll need to both filter and sort the data.
But if not why not just sort A2:B12 using B as the first sort key and A as the second.
