Stopping horizontal axis if input cells are blank

Am trying to make a line chart based on a colomn including cells with data and bottom of cells blank based on a formula like IF(D1="","",D1). Want the horisontal axis to stop when the colomn with data reaches the "" cells, but it continuous, and it seems that the line chart interpret the "" as a 0 rather than a blank cell. Is it possible to have the line chart horizontal axis to stop if the data cells are blank?

    Regards

For the line use NA() instead of ""

for the axis you will need to either,
Auto filter and hide those rows not required

    Or use Dynamic Named Ranges

The are many, many examples of dynamic named ranges on the forum.

Also Jon's site has examples and links.

You may need to modify the formula slightly to use COUNT instead of COUNTA
