converter from .xlsx to .xls for excel2003

Which converter .exe will convert .xlsx files into .xls for excel 2003?

I've found two different .exes offered by MS.

I use this one, every day, it's built in to Excel 2003 so I can simply open and save Excel 2007 files at will.
