    Lightbulb Shared Mode

We just made one of our workbooks shared, and when we do so the option to insert new cells/copy our cell with the "drop down box" disappears. We have to exit shared mode to do so.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

As shg said, can't get there from here. Is there an alternate to sharing the workbook?

    Re: Shared Mode

Yup, got stuck with this one yesterday when trying to create drop down lists in a shared doc. I needed to find an alternative to sharing the doc.
