    multiple Sum if variables

Can I put two variables into a SumIF? forexample I want to sum Column C if Column A is equal to Apples and Column B is equal to Oranges, then sum Column C. Is there a quick formula?

    Re: multiple Sum if variables

    Try:

=Sumproduct(--(A1:A100="Apples"),--(B1:B100="Oranges"),C1:C100) ... can't use full columns with this formula in XL2003 and prior versions.

    If you have XL2007

    =SUMIFS(C:C,A:A,"Apples",B:B,"Oranges")

Note: Please update your profile to indicate your version.
